"From the very begining of our visit we were treated with such kindness that I knew we picked the right place. About an hour into our ride, I realized that I lost my key fob for my vehicle. I called the crew at Coyote Beach Sports and asked them to look around there to see if it was on the ground somewhere. Not only did they look for my key fob they called the police dept. to see if anyone turned one in. They called a local guy to see if he would be able to replace my key fob and the real kicker is when staff member Paulo got on his bike and rode up and down the streets we went on trying to find the key fob. He was determined to find it. The other staff members stayed in contact with me to see if I found it. They extened our ride time to last as long as needed to search for it. Even offered to take us back to our condo when needed. Long story short, we stopped to get an icee before heading back to wait on the guy to replace my key fob. The gentleman making the icee asked where we rode today. I explained that we lost our key fob and he pulled it out of his cash box. Someone had found it and left it on the counter. Thank GOD! I tell this story to assure you that there are still plenty of businesses that are in it for the right reasons. These guys at Coyote Beach Sports want you to enjoy your time at the beach and it makes them happy to see you happy. They went above and beyond for me and my daughter that day. I will never rent bikes from anywhere else when we are in Gulf Shores!"
